Therefore, understanding how to deal with bullying in educational institutions is a valuable skill for teachers and school administrators. It is crucial for teachers to be capable of managing bullying in order to fulfil their obligations of safeguarding students, preventing the escalation of bullying, offering support to victims and fostering a positive school climate. Moreover, by promoting a secure and healthy school environment, academic performance and the well-being of both students and teachers can be improved.
